We welcome new members to the Society at any time. Membership gives you the opportunity to express your support
for the activities of the Society. Current Annual Membership costs $10.00 and runs on the calendar year. Members on
good standing which means they are paid up 30 days prior to the Annual General Meeting are entitled to vote on all
issues raised at the meeting. Membership may be paid by cash, cheque or Visa and MasterCard. A membership form is
available under the A.G.M. and Downloads section of this website
Donations are always welcome. The
Society, as a registered Not-For-Profit, depends heavily on the financial support of the community at large.
Donations may be made for any reason, however, if the donation is made in memoriam we will notify the family. Donations may
be made through the use of the donation form which is available, like the membership form, in the A.G.M. and Downloads
section of this website. You may also donate safely and securely online by clicking on the CanadaHelps.org Donate Now
button located at the bottom of this page. We will acknowledge all donors on our web site unless requested not to do so.
The Society currently operates with a budget of approximately $290,000. We receive approximately 40% of our support from
fundraising, 20% from the BC Gaming Commission, 20% from donations and 20% from grants.
We have on-going support of various kinds from the business community. We have listed many of these here and encourage
you to support them. We extend a special thanks to all our supporters.
